- All goods are checked prior to dispatch however should you require package to return due to being damaged or faulty you are eligible.
- Returns are always accepted within 30 days of original order delivery.
- Products must be returned unworn, not damaged and must be returned in its original packing and condition to our return address provided upon request.
- Return request must be sent on return@craftsmenship.co.uk.
- Return policy doesn’t apply to custom made (MTO), customised and discounted price orders.
- Return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Fee will only be waived off if return product is faulty or incorrect.
- Tracking details must be provided for returned item.
- For full refund requests, funds will be refunded after inspecting the returned package.Returning shoes without the shoe box will incur a $20 deduction.
- All items are inspected upon arrival to check if they are in unsuitable condition. Only after approval will we authorize returns.
- Funds will be returned back into the same account in 3-5 business days.
